We are having an issue where individuals are purchasing our T-shirt and Dice package with required questions such as shirt size and style and the answers are not being populated to the events database or reported back to us via the confirmation email. In short we don’t know what they want. Why is this happening? Others it is working fine for. Please help! Our sales went live 9 hours ago and we are seeing a number of sales.

I am trying to find common themes and it looks like if people purchase multiple items/events this data just doesn’t get logged. Obviously this is a pretty big issue. Please advise.

I have gone in and done the following for the event in question:

Changed Additional Attendee Registration info? from Personal info only to Full reg informtion

Changed Event questions for additional attendees from no group questions to t-shirt group questions.

I am hoping this solves the issue. Thoughts?

That should fix it.
