In the item, http://staging.eventespresso.com/topic/trying-to-remove-auto-generated-invoice-pay-online-tag/, Josh suggests a way to remove the “Pay Online” link in an invoice. I made this change, but now am getting the following error messages:

What am I doing wrong here?

Did you copy over the entire invoice folder to /wp-content/uploads/espresso/gateways?
