We just used the Android Mobile app to check in attendees for the first time. While the Android app performed well when scanning tickets, it crashed regularly when checking attendees in by name. There was a clear pattern to the crashes: the primary ticketholder pulls up fine every time; but everything we tried to pull up a secondary ticketholder who was part of a group purchase, the app crashed.

Ironically, we had exactly the opposite problem with the iPhone app – we could pull people up fine by name, but the app crashed everyone we scanned a QR code.
