We’re planning an event over 3 days and we want to offer folks 1 hour block reservations for private meetings throughout the event. We also want to be able to quickly manually add reservation times for specific attendees. Is there a smart way to do this via Event Espresso or failing that, a recommended helper service?
I would create these days as 3 different events with a single price/ticket. You could create different time slots and then set the event status to draft. This will make the event only available to site administrators.
From there, you can go to WordPress admin –> Event Espresso –> Event Overview and then hover over one of the draft events and click on Attendees.
This will take you to the Attendees reports page. You can then click on the Add New Attendee button which appears at the top of the page.
Here is an example of what this could look like when registering attendees for time slots:
Hmm- I just went ahead and added 3 days as 3 ticket types and will rsvp with each one separately. Would be a nice feature to have….
