right now when I set an alternate email for an event. The notification email is going correctly to both the primary and alternate email address. However, the auto-confirmation email that goes to the person who registers only shows the primary email.
What I would like is for the reply field for the event with the alternate email to come from the alternate email address. Is that possible? reading the forums. It seem that this was raised over a year ago as a future enhancement. Any news on this?
We have not moved forward on this aspect, as other features have taken priority over it.
It is doable, but would require changing the structure of one of the php file s(email.php) and adding more functionality (on/off switch). I will note that there is still interest in this feature but it is unlikely to be looked at until after 3.2 has been launched.
