I see there’s been mention of this and a ticket was opened and closed in August but am not sure what the fix is. Primary admin is receiving confirmation emails, but the email entered under Alternate Email Address never receives a confirmation. I am using 3.1.22. Thanks!
I would advise the first thing to do is to update your plugin, we are constantly updating, tweaking, adding new features and resolving issues, and you are 6 iterations behind the latest version, and some issue in .22 were resolved in later versions.
Once you are up to date, if the issue persists we can re-look at it.
I am using the latest version v3.1.28.4.P of Espresso, and I do not receive any notifications of registration for my event. I have entered registrants in the admin and in the front end, and neither send me a notification of registration.
I am concerned that the registrants are also not receiving emails of their confirmations.
I believe I have set my settings correctly, but still no emails.
Please help if you can. Is there somewhere special I need to set for it to send me notification emails? I can not find that anywhere.
Have you checked your spam folder? Sometimes the emails go there. The “use fancy email headers” setting will change the from name to the name set as the organization name in Event Espresso>General settings. Look for the email settings on this same page. Have you tried using that setting?
