I hope this isn’t asking too much. I was hoping one of the support staff would be able to point me to the right file to edit. Basically I want to edit the event overview so that it shows attendees even when the payment is incomplete (this is because we use the paypal pre-auth system so payment gets finalised later, but we need the numbers to show in the meantime). So in event overview, it will say 0/10. When in fact a few people have booked when u click view attendees. But I assume it doesnt show cause it says payment incomplete.
Not sure if it is something you can help with. If its possible, its greatly appreciated.
Would it work for you to set the default payment status to Pending instead of Incomplete? When the payment status is set to pending the attendee is counted toward the limit.
