After you do the ticket selection/registration page you’re taken to the Verify Registration page. It gives you the option to edit the name of the person but not the tickets. Is there a setting somewhere I’m missing that allows this?
For example, if someone chose 2 tickets but for some reason wanted to change it to one before they pay.
Just looking through and I still can’t find anything. Only the “Attendee Names” field has an edit button by it. Don’t see anything allowing you to edit the number of tickets before purchase. Likewise, I don’t see anything to be able to allow cancellation on that page either.
That’s a very good point and it does indeed appear to be missing. I will raise an internal ticket to see if this is something we can add in, but it will likely be in version 4 rather than version 3.
Cancellation would be simply to not continue. If needed you could add a link into the template to the Registration Cancelled page (one of the default pages created by Event Espresso).
