At this address, my client is seeing an all white page, no header / footer styles etc., and it shows up OK for me…

Hi Kevin,

You’re logged into the site, and they’re not logged in. The recaptcha feature only appears if you’re logged out of the site. The reason it’s showing no styles for them is because the recaptcha feature was turned on, but no API keys were entered in Event Espresso>General Settings.

You can disabled the recaptcha feature or get recaptcha keys from here:

https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin/create
