Hello,

I recently added a question that was type “checkbox” and marked it “Admin View Only”. As I recall, I thought I checked the public view and verified the question was indeed not visible unless you were in admin. That was 1-2 weeks ago.

Today I looked at a registration page and find that the question is visible to the public. I verified that the question was set to “Admin View Only” in the admin. It was.

Something looked wrong: when viewing the question on the list of questions (rather than navigating to its form) I saw that the Admin Only column was blank. So I went to the database through phpMySQLAdmin and found that that column was indeed blank.

I set the column to “Y” through phpMySQLAdmin and that fixed my issue.

However, can you please fix the admin page so that this works correctly? Or am I missing something?

Thanks
Jeremy

Hi Jeremy,

I think I have found the issue but I have not found a solution, thus I have raised a ticket with the developers to look into it.

Basically if you create a question with “Admin View Only” and then update that question for any reason it removes the Admin only column contents.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention we will get it looked at.
