We have a client who is managing Event Espresso on their website and is looking to view your support forum for help on a few items. We developed their website and purchased/installed their EE license, so they do not have a login to access your forums. My question is if it is possible to add a user under our license? We’ve purchased several licenses over the last year for other clients and would rather not supply our user/password to access your forums. Thanks in advance.
We generally encourage developers to have their clients purchase for this reason, unless you know you’ll be handling this long-term then the Developer License is best.
We don’t have a secondary account system, sorry. The best way is to transfer the license you purchased for them to an account that they setup. If you want to do that have them register http://staging.eventespresso.com/wp-login.php?action=register
Then contact us with the details of the license you purchased for them and I’ll transfer the account.

Thanks for the quick response. I’ll contact our client about registering. We’ll be in contact about the transfer soon. Thanks again for your help.
