Additional Attendee Registration info setting

    I am trying to configure a multiple concert ticket purchase setup, but I am unable to set “Additional Attendee Registration info” to “no info required”. Any ideas on why this would always revert to “Full Registration Information”?

    Hi Dan, I answered in your other thread, but I will answer here for posterity.

    If you have selected a seating chart for that event, anonymous attendees will be disabled as the plugin requires their to be an attendee to add the seat details to.
