We have two people with “Administrator” roles. Admin1 created a event. Admin2 created a promo code. The promo code created by Admin2 doesn’t show up in the event created by Admin1. We would like the promo codes created by Admin2 to show up in events created by Admin1. Is there a way to accomplish this?

Hi,

If the users are just WordPress site admins, it shouldnt make a difference who created what.

Are you using the Roles & Permissions add on to create an Event Admin?

Both the users are WordPress site admins. Under the EE-> User Permissions -> Current Roles/Capabilities, both the users show up as “Administrators”. There are no users listed under “Espresso Master Admin”.

From what I am seeing, it does seem to make a difference even if both the users are administrators.

Hi there,

If both of the users accounts for your site are admins, there is no point in using the Roles and Permissions add-on, unless you do not want to share promo codes between both admins. My suggestion would be to deactivate R & P.
