This is possible but I’ll be honest the Invoice PDF template is not very nice to edit.
There is some code in the template that can be uncommented and can be used to add in the question data.
You will need the Questions ID, and to search the code for EDIT THE NUMBER BELOW (line 94) as it will need the id number of the question you made.
I made a quick version here that you can use, but it may need further modification, so you may want your web developer to look at it if it is not suitable
There is, and it involves adding some custom code to the invoice template file to grab the answer from the “Company Name” question on the registration form.
If you or someone on your staff can edit one of the template files in the invoice payment gateway I can post some example code here. Does that sound all right?
