Adding Attendees not Registering

My event needs to register up to two people. Both need to be charged for their registration and be added to the guests list. The toggle works correctly, however, after filling out the form and clicking submit, the confirmation page only shows the registration for the first person. Additionally, the user is only charged for one ticket and the guest never shows up on the registered users list.

What types of issues could be causing this? Thanks for your help.

Hello Colin,

Well it shouldn’t be doing that! Can’t think of why it would not register the second attendee.

Is it possible to get your login details in order to look into this?

If so, please send them via http://staging.eventespresso.com/contact/

Choose the “I am sending login info as requested” option and fill out the form

Hey Colin —

the username you sent in the forum you filled out is coming back invalid. Mind filling out the form again and doublechecking the WP login credentials? If you’ve already fixed the issue feel free to reply back and let us know.
