Adding a type to bookings and emailing individual attendees

    We had some issues with payments not going through, so we need to email our attendees to have them see their payment status and pay. However, our email attendees is not working. I’ve tried individually, I’ve tried sending the invoice. It shows the message that the email is sent, but being one of the recipients, I see no email coming through. Please advise.

    Hello,

    Generally if the emails are not going through it is down to WordPress and/or the server. We recommend trying either WP Mail SMTP or the Postmark app

    Both of these have enabled customers to use their WordPress mail with greater ease.

      installed plugin. ran a test. the test went through.

      however, i’m still not getting emails through espresso. invoices, resent email of event, etc.

      Go to your General Settings page, check what the Use Fancy Headers setting is set to, and toggle it the opposite, then test.

        was set to YES.
        I changed it to NO.

        Still not getting invoice or the resend of registration :(

          Which plugin did you install, which service is configured to send the mail, and have you checked the spam folder?
