Hi, I would like to add an opt out question on our registration forms asking if the person registering would like to hear about future events from our organization. I’d like the default answer of Yes to be pre-selected so that if they don’t want to receive further info they have to select No. How / what do I customize to set my question up like this?
Currently there is no way to add a default answer to the question fields via Event Espresso options.
If you are using the Mailchimp addon, mailchimp do send a confirmation email to the user asking them if they want to sign up.
I will add this to the feature request list we have, as I think it would be useful, but obviously not everything on the list gets implemented.
