We are running WP 3.6.1 with the following plugins: Calendar, Members Addon, Multi-Event Reg, Permissions, Recurring Events, Ticketing, Session Manager.
I just added a new question called Title (as in Mr. Mrs., etc) to our Questions section. It shows up on the Registration form for users, and the values are being saved in the database, however, the values are not displaying when the user goes back to view their registration after submitting.
Hi Jen, can you clarify what you mean by “when the user goes back to view their registration after submitting”? Do you mean the edit link on the confirmation page?
When they go back to the page that says “Register … Events Management” on it, then they click the link to the event (in the column Event Name). The page that opens is their Registration Details … In the section Personal Information, I see the fields Title (added by me), First Name, Last Name, Email, Organization. The Title field is empty (even though there is data in the backend db).
I think you are talking about the “My Events” page that is either under their profile in the backend, or can be displayed via shortcode on the frontend. (http://eetesting.info/EE_branch/espresso_my_events/)
The link in the event name column in for a new registration page for that event, not the user’s past registration. It is probably autofilling the rest of the questions from the user’s profile.
