We have the multiple event plugin activated for a conference registration. Many registrants are able to register with no problems. We have had a growing number however, that can’t get past clicking on “add to cart”. The page just spins. I can’t recreate the error on my computers and the people with the problem have tried registering on multiple browsers with no luck. I’ve read through the forum topics related to this spinning and revised the attendee limit to >=300. That seemed to fix some of the problem but not everything. http://www.raptorresearchfoundation.org/conferences/current-conference/conferenceregistration/online_registration

Hi there,

I tested the add to cart links on your site with 4 different browsers and couldn’t reproduce this. I tried Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and Internet Explorer 9 (in standands and compatibility view). Since the people that are reporting this are seeing it happen on multiple browsers, I wonder if it’s related to some security software that they are running system wide. Is that something you can check on?

Thanks for the reply Josh. I’ll check with the users.
