I added shortcode for cart in event description, even though it’s not redirecting to shopping cart page.

Make sure you have the Multi Event Registration add-on installed.

I have advance licence,so it should be when activated the plugin right?
In my account it’s showing I have access to that addon.
What else should I check for activating that addon ?

The Multi Event Registration add-on is a separate plugin that is bundled with the advanced license.

You’ll need to download that add-on from the downloads section on your account page, then upload and activate from the WordPress plugin manager.
