http://register.nithyananda.ca/uk/event-list/

I am trying to have this page list all events for user to register, So they click the button for all events they want to go.

This is the code I use in the page:
[ESPRESSO_CART_LINK anchor=”” event_id=6 direct_to_cart=0 moving_to_cart=”Loading Event Cart..”]

It works: event is added to cart, its not redirecting to Cart page – as expected

BUT

Once clicked it wipes the page out and simply gives a link “View Cart”

What I want is for the button area to say something which will indicate that event has been added to cart -without- troubling the rest of the page.

Or simply just add to cart, and do nothing else – so the user can click on more buttons on the same page

How can this be done?

Hi,

The page you linked didn’t really show much, but if I understand you correctly, then heres what I would do.

Add the [EVENT_LIST] shortcode to a page, or use the default event-registration page.

Set up Multiple Event Registration add-on.

This would then show on the event list a view event link and an aqdd to cart link. The user can add multiple events to the cart without leaving the page and then click view cart to go to the registration page to add details and onwards to pay.

The [ESPRESSO_CART_LINK anchor=”” event_id=6 direct_to_cart=0 moving_to_cart=”Loading Event Cart..”] should be used within an individual event, so that the user can one click add it to cart from the individual event details.

That worked,

difference was adding shortcode in event description, and not in the page
