I am using the plugin that allows users to choose add on items which increase the price. When I export the data to excel, the column with the shirt size looks like this: XLÂ [Â +$20.00Â ]
Is there a way to make it so it exports clearer? Maybe just the size?
This hasn’t ever been reported before now. Can you please tell us what type of character encoding you are using when opening the file as well as what is used in your database?
Seth, I have updated the ticket but from my testing, if the file is opened by default, Excel is opening it in Windows ANSI.
Manually opening the file and selecting UTF-8 (In excel it is open, select file, change File Origin to UTF-8, click finish) will result in the correct formatting.
There is no way that I know of to force Excel to automatically use UTF-8, so you may have to open the files via Excell rather than just doubleclick them.
