“Add More Attendees” Toggle change

Hi

I was wondering if instead of the “Add More Attendees” up to 7 text above submit I want to have an actual button that says Click To Add More Attendees. It should be just above the submit button. I know where I can change the text “Add More Attendees” but how can I best add this as a graphic

Via CSS. This worked for me, though you may need to tweak it and certainly will need to change the image file.
