Hi guys,

Is there a way to have attendee limit to each time slot in an event? We are currently using group registration so using “Use registration limits on time slots?” option in general settings might not work?

Hi,

Currently the only way to do this currently is using the “Use registration limits on time slots?” option, which you correctly pointed out does not work with Group Registrations.

However you could create a separate event for each time slot which will then allow you to set attendee limits on each of those events.

Does that help?

Hi,

Is there no other way at all?

Hi,

There is no other way to do it in EE3.

EE4 does allow limitations per datetime option.

Please see here about the differences between EE3 and EE4 http://staging.eventespresso.com/2014/02/event-espresso-4-beta-officially-released/

Hi,

Unfortunately we can not upgrade as a number of payment extensions are not supported as yet. We need to stay with the current version but still fix this issue. We are happy to pay for development time but need this fixed as soon as possible. Can you come back to me at andrew@followonline.com.au to see if you can take on this development.

Hi,

We are currently unable to take on any customisation work of this level, our developers are flat out with work.

We do have a list of recommended developers here – http://staging.eventespresso.com/developers/event-espresso-pros/
