(This message was added in version 6.7.0.) in /home/staging-poc/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 6114 Active Event appearing as if Inactive | Event Espresso - Staging Server
I’ve created a new event – it is Public and looks perfectly active – people can register. HOWEVER – it is not listed on the calendar, does not appear on the Event OVerview listing, and does not appear on the upcoming events widget unless you choose ‘Show Inactive’
They were in MM/DD/YYYY format which is how the datepicker presented them. I managed to get them entered in YYY-MM-DD format (slightly trick because the “-” character couldn’t be typed).
I updated the event, and it now appears as active and is on the Event OVerview page and the Calendar, so that seemed to fix the problem. Re-editing the event displays the dates back in MM/DD/YYYY format, so now I’m hesitant to update it (ever again!)….
Does the datepicker format the dates this way when you create a new event? If so, there is likely function in the WP theme that’s changing Event Espresso’s date format.
This has come up before, and there is a solution for this posted here:
