Hi there. I have two questions:
1) I have purchased a license key for my client, but do not see where to enter the key so that I can have access to the advanced modules.
2) I am preparing their website on an alternate URL and will move it once the site is complete. Will this be an issue? Is there anything I need to know about the process to move the site?
Oh, oops, I guess that’s 3 questions. Oh well. I appreciate your help.
1) You need to download and install the premium version of Event Espresso. You can do this through either your account using the ‘Account’ button on the top right which give you access to all your downloads, or using the blue notification bar along the top of the page which allows you to always download the latest version.
2) The license key is used for support and automatic updates so we recommend NOT using the license key on the dev server as this can easily be upgraded manually. There should be no noticeable difference with no license key other than a message stating no license key has been installed.
Hope that helps :)
Tony
