Dear all,

We bought a business license key, but can’t find the place to fill in the code.
We searched the internet and found out we have to do this in general settings, but we don’t see anything that looks like it.
Please, we need an answer asap, thanks!

Hello,

If you first off go to your account page here on eventespresso.com and copy the licence key (on the right hand side under the title Site Licence Keys).

Then log into your site and go to Event Espresso, then General Settings. Scroll down until you see this http://d.pr/i/jnp4 and add the licence key there and remember to save the settings.

Hope that helps, but if you need more information please let me know.

Hello Dean,

Thanks for answering!
We don’t have that box in our wordpress. We use wordpress 3.5.1, maybe that’s the reason? What do we need to do then?

Hi Rikkert,

Is the Event Espresso plugin installed on your WordPress website? If not, here is a link to the documentation to help get you started:

Hi Josh,

Yes the plugin has been installed a while ago, but still no sign of a box to fill in the code.
It should be in the general settings of the plugin, shouldn’t it?
Hope to hear from you soon, because we are in a sort of hurry…

Rikkert

Is it possible to get your login details in order to look into this?

If so, please send them via http://staging.eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

NOTE: login details need to be Admin level.
