I saw the short code of this page is [ESPRESSO_PAYMENTS], but actually wht should it be??
As the members cannot see anything in this page? THX

Hi,

The thank you page is used by the plugin to dynamically display data once a registration has been completed.

The page should be publicly accessible (i.e. published, not draft/private/etc) but it should not be on your navigation menu as accessing it directly will only result in a blank page.

Hi,

OK, if you use a Custom Menu to display your website menu, please make sure that the following pages containing the following shortcodes are NOT on the menu:

[ESPRESSO_PAYMENTS]
[ESPRESSO_CANCELLED]
[ESPRESSO_TXN_PAGE]

Optionally you can also hide the page containing the [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] shortcode, if you are using an alternative way to display events (for example the [EVENT_LIST] shortcode).
