This message is appearing on my website’s registration page. How do I remove it?

Hi Dominic,

Could you please link to one of the pages on your site where you are seeing this message? Also, what is the specific shortcode that is in use?

Thanks

Lorenzo

Hi Lorenzo,

I can’t send a link to the page as I’m working on a private event and access to the event registration page is restricted.

We are using the following shortcodes

[ESPRESSO_EVENTS]

[ESPRESSO_CART_LINK anchor=”Register” direct_to_cart=1 moving_to_cart=1 moving_to_cart=”Redirecting to cart…”]

I’ve taken another look at it and the message displays only on the shopping cart page.

Hi,

If this shortcode [ESPRESSO_CART_LINK anchor=”Register” direct_to_cart=1 moving_to_cart=1 moving_to_cart=”Redirecting to cart…”] is not added to an event description, it needs to have an additional parameter, event_id=”1″, where 1 will change based on the event ID.

[ESPRESSO_CART_LINK anchor=”Register” event_id=”1″ direct_to_cart=1 moving_to_cart=1 moving_to_cart=”Redirecting to cart…”]

Thanks for the advice, I’ve found out where I was going wrong, I had both the [ESPRESSO_CART_LINK] shortcodes in both the event description and on the registration page. I took the shortcode from the registration page out and now everything’s working finde.
