One of my questions is about the System Questions – the only system option I see on the Event creation page is Personal Information, but not the Address information.  Does that just show up if I select “Full Registration” information?

And then I had an event created, and then found out that everyone needed to bring something when they register, so I created a question and a question group, added the question to the question group, then went back into the event and checked the box next to the question group, and it is not showing up on the registration page.  No one has registered yet.  I had punctuation in the question, but removed it after reading that may be the cause.  But there something else I need to change to get it to show?  I only need the Personal Info and the answer to this one question (what are you bringing, basically).

Hi Christina,

Is this for the additional attendee or the primary attendee? Can you please send us a link to the registration page?

I have the boxes checked next to the additional question group for both the primary and the additional attendees.  Here is the link http://smomc.org/events/event-registrations/?ee=13

Now that the weekend it over, I’m hoping we can re-visit this.

Hi,

I’m replying for Seth as he is out of the office.

Regarding the full registration details, you would need to have the question groups selected for Primary and Additional attendees.

Note that the option “Additional Attendee Registration info?” only affects the additional attendees and will over rule the questions. So if you have all the question groups ticked for the additional attendees and yet that option was set to “No info required” the additional attendees would NOT be asked any questions.

Regarding the additional question group. I see it there in the event but it is not in the questions section!

I checked this by starting a new event and the question group was no longer there, so the only thing I can think is that it somehow got deleted after it was activated on that event (June 2013 general meeting).
