HELP! How do you fix the 1,000,000 default charge to NON-free events? The total is showing 1,000,000 + cost of the event. What upgrades do I need to make and will it alter the custom formating? | Hi, I notice this happens with one event (Taste & Toast) but not the other (Food & Farm..) Are you using the correct shortcode for calling the event within both, or more specifically the Taste & Toast event? Info on the available shortcodes is available here: http://staging.eventespresso.com/wiki/shortcodes-template-variables/#add-to-cart I’d start by checking what the difference between those two events is first. Its hard to say if you will lose any custom formatting as it depends how its been done. Have template files been copied to uploads/event-espresso/templates? |
| Just found your other post. http://staging.eventespresso.com/topic/how-to-remove-register-button-on-inactive-event-pages/ The issues are likely related. Check you Registration END date. Generally this date will either be before or on the date of your event as you usually don’t user registering for an event after that event has happened. The event will then stop registrations on that date and be removed from the event list (public). |
