I am having trouble with our client who uses a PC…the styles of the payment receipt page do not load, so they see a long bulleted list of the menu. The page is https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll
We DID NOT have this problem until we upgraded to the new EE.
The page views incorrectly on all of their browsers, except Chrome.
It prints fine
, so the style sheet is there…but I cannot resolve their problems with any of my efforts. This happens on all of their machines, on different networks, and happens whether or not I enable their compatibility view or not. I have tested it in different versions of Windows, Explorer and Firefox for PC and get the same result each time.
Can you please help me determine what is causing this conflict? Thank you!
The other browsers are not loading the stylesheets because they’re likely trying to load them up as https. If you go into your payment gateway settings there should be an option that you can enable that’s called “Force HTTPS on Return URL”. If the WP theme is coded correctly, this option will ensure that the return page loads up the theme’s stylesheets.
