Hi,
I am interested in Event Espresso, but I was wondering if Event Espresso could handle role-specific discounts. For example, someone paying to be a member on a site would get a discount to a service, whereas a free member would not. Is this possible?
Yes it is possible with the WP User Integration add on. This allows any user that is logged in to your site to be treated as a member and be given member specific discounts.
Please note that the add on does not assist with creating or managing a registration process, you would need to use the default WordPress system or a third party system like S2Member.
Hi again,
It sounds like WP user integration is capable of specific discounts to logged-in members. In my case, I want two membership levels (both of which have the ability to log-in), but only one of the levels will be able to access the discount.
I just finished a modification to WP user integration that will allow you to set a threshold S2 member level, above which the discount is available. We should be able to put it in the pre-release channel soon, or email it to you before that.
Hey,
I just purchased a business license. I don’t see your current pre-release version of WP user integration online yet. Do you think you can send me a copy?
Thanks again
