registration errors

    Any idea how to fix this problem. We’ve had multiple customers having the same issue. Here’s an email a customer sent us explaining what’s happening.

    When I click go to payment button, the next screen says registration is confirmed and check email. I’ve received no emails nor did I enter payment information.

    Hi Lara,

    Could you share a link to an event so I can check into this?

    Also would you happen to know if this is occurring with a specific web browser?

      I’m not sure which web browsers that’s being used. Here’s the link to the class she was trying to register for: http://kidcreatestudio.com/event-registration/?ee=197
      We’ve had this issue with other classes too.

      Hi,

      I see what your customers are seeing, the registration process isn’t finishing correctly.

      First thing I would do is update your Event Espresso and a associated add ons. We did a few fixes in the last few versions for Multiple Event Registration that might be applicable.

      Also please make sure that the 4 core Event Espresso pages have the correct shortcodes and are accessible and that you have a payment gateway active.
