i am suffering too with the i have followed other threads and tried the cache resolve to no avail. any suggestions at all. i am not tech savvy at all please speak slow and clear for me to understand LOL | |
Hi Paul, Can you provide a process or explanation about how you come across this error – what are you doing at the time, what menus did you click etc. Also are you logged in as the site admin at the point the issue occurs or as another role? It will help us pinpoint the issue. | |

Thanks Paul. Have you modified any of the Event Espresso templates at all? It doesn’t look like you have but sometimes we can’t be sure. Is there any caching plugin installed and active? Again it doesn’t look like it but I want to be sure. | |
I have only added question to the registration form otherwise everything is “as is” no I’m not running a cache plugin | |

Hi You have WP Super Cache installed and activated. Can you please either clear the cache and deactivate and clear your browser cache or modify the settings to exclude event espresso pages and clear your cache. Im 99% certain it’s caching issue. Event Espresso pages simply cannot be cached, it breaks things. | |
