Attendee name not showing with their registration information

Hi, I have WordPress site with the Espresso plug-in. Having trouble today since upgrade, in that all the correct fields (questions) are showing for the applicant’s to insert their information to register on the registration page, but I can’t see their name and surname on the registration information (primary attendee record), when i click on their name in the list of attendees? I can see all other fields ok…any ideas appreciated.

Hi Jo,

Can you provide a screen shot of what you are seeing when you click the attendee name please? Please use a dummy registration.

Hi,

You will need to upload it either to your site as media or via an upload service and add the URL in the post.

That didnt work. Can I get login details instead, might be easier.

If so, please send them via http://staging.eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

NOTE: login details need to be Admin level and FTP details are appreciated.
